Hello and thank you for visiting my website. I qualified with a level 3 diploma in Holistic Massage from the Oxford School of Massage in 2019 and have since completed courses in deep tissue and specialist cancer massage with the Amethyst Trust. I am also a qualified non practising registered general nurse and practising dental hygienist/therapist.

What all of these things have in common is people; people are at the heart of everything that I have done to date and continues to be the case with my career in massage. Over the years I have personally benefited immensely from massage and I know only too well the power of relaxation and me time, as well as deeper tissue massage where muscles may be aching from over use or exertion.

My aim is to leave my clients with an improved sense of well-being, no matter which type of massage is preferred.
