Aftercare Advice

Massage is a safe therapeutic treatment, however over the following days you might experience some side effects. This leaflet gives you information about what you might expect and gives you advice about what to do over the next 24 hours and before your next appointment.

What to do in the next 24 hours

Drink plenty of water to flush out toxins (avoid tea/coffee/alcohol)

You may feel tired – rest as much as your schedule will allow

Avoid hot baths or saunas for 24 hours

Avoid strenuous activity
